This was awful, the ladies there barely spoke English, I asked for a silk press and they gave me a KERATIN TREATMENT??? Repeatedly burned me and got annoyed when I told them they were hurting me

First time visiting this salon. I requested a blowout and curls. I arrived 9:38am after calling to ask about walkins. This salon is in my neighborhood. However, it took almost 5mins shy of 3 hours to complete my service. The girl said I'll dry my hair for 20mins but the timer went off 1hr later. I did not want to go under a dryer but they said I should because hair was thicker. I'm happy I did not have any time constraints because I would have been super irritated. The main lady completed my styling. She did a great job, and so did the girl that did the blowout. I will return because overall the job was completed and I felt beautiful. However, if you're in a rush I wouldn't recommend doing a walkin. Maybe the experience is different with an appointment, but just a heads up. The salon is clean and welcoming. Check them out.

I believe they put chemicals in the shampoo & perm in the conditioners . Definitely perm in the conditioner though

I have taken my daughter several times for a year. The owner has done her hair each time. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely love her professionalism. My daughter and I are always pleased with her hair!! The owner does a fantastic job each time and the service is quick!! The prices are remarkable!!! I always get her hair washed, blow dried, and a silk press and it doesn’t cost anywhere near what I was paying in the past.

I went to this salon because I wasn’t able to go to my regular lady. The owner never greeted me. She was not welcoming at all. I paid $45 for a wash and set. However, there’s a $5 fee when you’re using your card, so walk with cash. She did a good job with my hair, but I highly doubt I would come back here. The other reviews I read said the same thing, she’s not hospitable at all and she’s heavy handed when washing your hair.

I’ve been to this hair salon twice. The first time I went was in January for a wash, blow dry, and trim. I was very happy with the service and my hair reverted fine after. I went to the shop again on July 15th for the same service and she began to straighten my hair even though it wasn’t what I had asked for. I didn’t feel the need to speak up because I had such a good experience the first time, however I deeply regret that decision. My hair is now severely damaged, dry, and brittle. I washed my hair twice and deep conditioned and there is not a single curl in sight. My hair also smells like burning hair despite washing it twice. If you are a natural girl, this is not the shop for you. It is the absolute worst heat damage I’ve ever experienced.
