I use to go to this salon before it became Libby’s. Originally it was named Sonia’s. When I arrived I greeted Sonia and asked if she could cut my hair into a style. I asked her because throughout my whole childhood she always took great care of both my mom and my grandmother’s hair, when we were all permed. We moved away from the Bronx so naturally when I come home and visit, I would want to go to who I know and trust. However, I was passed along to Libby, the owner of the salon, I showed her the style I wanted and trusted that she would handle my style correctly. Kim is a good person and also a great at what she do. I love my hair and I felt comfortable throughout the experience. Prices are very reasonable also
Awesome job ladies especially Ms. Kim for doing my baby's hair! All the young ladies hairstyles were on point. Such a great way of giving back to the community. Free hairstyles and book bags with supplies. You definitely will be seeing my family again. #Mynewpurplepalazz
