I had a really disappointing and upsetting experience here. I dropped off my disabled brother and specifically asked for a line up and to clean up his face. He has dreads and had just gotten a retwist, so this is something I’ve done many times at different barbershops without issue. While he was being serviced, I walked to Dollar Tree. When he finished, I Zelled the barber the full amount plus a tip without seeing his hair. When my brother met me, I realized his hair hadn’t been cut at all. It was basically just a minimal shape up and his hair still looked messy. At first, I assumed my brother didn’t communicate clearly, so I went back to talk to the barber. The barber insisted he did exactly what was paid for and blamed the wording, saying we should have asked for a “haircut” instead of a line up. During this conversation, I found out he was actually the owner, which was honestly surprising given how little customer service he showed. I explained that I’ve used that same terminology many times before and never had this issue, but he doubled down, refused to take accountability, and never once apologized. Even when I pointed out that the result looked bad and didn’t justify the price, he dismissed it completely. This experience left me feeling like he took advantage of my brother, especially given his disability. The lack of professionalism and accountability was unacceptable. I won’t be returning and will definitely be warning others to stay away from this shop.

I walked in and Rell was pleasant and willing to take the three kids. Haircut was done very well and all the kids were happy with their new haircut. Thank you for being very nice with the kids. We will definitely be back.

Great place to get sliced! Line up crispy. Could not have asked, for a better cut from Rell. Best cut I've got on the East to date.
