Kim Nails is a friendly and welcoming salon that feels like family. Customers appreciate the great pedicure services and the personal interaction from the staff, particularly one nail tech who does an excellent job. However, some customers have experienced issues with pricing, as charges can exceed what was initially discussed. Despite this, many plan to return for services like gel manicures, especially after recovering from previous experiences at other salons. Overall, Kim Nails offers a comfortable atmosphere for self-care.

Customer Service was a 10/ 10, but definitely not worth the price . They are a bit heavy-handed, even the women I got nicked a lot. I went in for a simple basic set, no design no rhinestones short nails and paid $155.
The cleanup wasn’t neat at all. I still have acrylic under my nails. Cindy did my nails. The ladies were very nice and kept checking on me. Offering beverages as well. Pedicure didn’t include much but a quick little massage and a hot towel. Although the energy was great, I won’t be returning.
My nail tech, Nancy was amazing, but the person who did my pedi didn't do a good job. At first she was friendly, but when her next client came in her whole demeanor changed! She rushed through my pedi and was bothered when she asked if I liked my feet, and I told her it was okay! I met Kim, the owner, and she was very pleasant. She asked how was my service. I shared with her my experience, and she said it was because my toe mails were not as thick as my finger nails. I said that has nothing to do with it! Instead of addressing my concerm she just smile. I must say this, I will return and asked for Nancy!
