Khigh at Control Fitness has been a big part of my lifestyle journey. They are knowledgeable as well as results driven and work very hard to see all their clients including myself to reach there goal. It felt great to finally see the changes physically and mentally that I’ve been looking for over the years and control fitness gave me the consistent push and break through I needed. Control Fitness is THE best training facility I have ever joined! My trainer, Khigh, was absolutely amazing!! He provided a such a positive, fun/friendly, professional, and intense workout session every time! I also felt encouraged by my fellow trainees and it made me want to push harder.
