I have been a customer since 2015 and I have had absolutely ZERO negative experiences. I’ve seen reviews stating owners’ dogs developed coughs attributed to Best in Show. In 7 years of boarding / grooming, my vaccinated dogs have experienced no illnesses associated with Best in Show. I find the owner and staff to be caring pet lovers.
