Wonderful staff. Very thorough and professional. Dr. B could have told me I needed a crown but instead she said let’s wait and keep an eye on it. I appreciate that honesty so much. The office staff were very friendly and willing to help with the sign in process (Go Kendra!). Kita was just perfect. Very engaging and knowledgeable. I’ve always had a huge fear of the dentist but this office made it so much easier and less daunting. I will 100% go back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so that other patients can make an informed decision.
On February 12, 2026, I paid for two partial dentures and additional dental work. I was initially told the partials would be ready within approximately four to six weeks. What followed was months of delays, canceled appointments, poor communication, and an overall lack of transparency regarding my treatment.
In March, my teeth were prepared for crowns that were intended to improve my bite once the partials were completed. In April, I was informed that the laboratory needed additional time, and my appointment was canceled. I was told I would receive a follow up call with an updated timeline, but that communication never occurred.
The most frustrating part of this experience was not the delay itself, but the lack of communication and accountability. I attended a scheduled appointment on May 19 with the understanding that my remaining treatment for teeth #27 through #30 would be addressed. However, I was never informed beforehand that the work would not be finalized, and Dr. Bahrami did not come into the room to discuss my treatment, answer my questions, or address my concerns.
On May 22, Dr. Bahrami left me a voicemail. I promptly returned her call in an effort to discuss my concerns and determine how we could move forward. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. Later, on June 1, I came to the office after being informed that refunds were only issued on the first of the month. I was also told that Dr. Bahrami wanted to speak with me. However, after I arrived, she ultimately declined to meet with me.
What ultimately led me to lose confidence in this practice was the breakdown in communication and the provider patient relationship. Throughout this process, there were multiple opportunities for my concerns to be addressed directly, but those opportunities were not taken. Members of the staff, including the office manager, expressed that they were sorry for the way I had been treated. While I appreciated their professionalism, hearing that from individuals within the practice only reinforced my concerns.
To be fair, the office did process a refund related to the partial denture treatment after I requested it. However, I am still seeking a refund for unfinished work related to teeth #27 through #30.
My experience was marked by delays, lack of communication, and a loss of trust that ultimately made me uncomfortable continuing treatment with this office. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions about timelines, communication procedures, and follow up expectations before proceeding.
I also encourage patients who experience situations like this to do more than simply leave a review. Consider filing a grievance with your insurance carrier, requesting copies of your treatment records, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and submitting complaints to the appropriate licensing boards or consumer protection agencies when warranted. Reviews can help raise awareness, but formal complaints create a documented record that may help protect future patients.

I visited Lithia Springs Cosmetic and Family Dentistry for an in-network dental appointment because my insurance plan clearly states that preventive cleaning is covered at 100%. Despite this, I was forced to pay out of pocket.which is not correct.
The staff did not allow me to contact my insurance company during the visit, and they only cleaned half of my teeth. They also failed to submit the claim to my insurance provider while falsely telling me that the claim had already been processed.Even though I booked an appointment they made me sit there for 1 and half hour just for the doctor to arrive .
Additionally, the provider name listed on the bill is different from the person who actually treated me, which raises serious concerns. When I later tried contacting the clinic regarding my insurance claim, they repeatedly picked up my calls and put them aside without addressing my concerns, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience felt dishonest and misleading. It appears that they are taking advantage of patients under the clinic’s name and pressuring customers into making unnecessary payments.

Finally I have found a great dentist. I loved the everything about my visit. They explained everything that they were going to do, everyone was very nice and very professional. The office is very clean and updated. My appt was at 9am and was called back 9:03am, no waiting 30+ mins after my appt. time like at other places. Their prices are awesome too.
