I’ve been a loyal customer and have had my eyebrows done here several times with immaculate results—always leaving overjoyed. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Amber B fell short of the high standards I’ve come to expect. Her work was subpar, leaving my brows looking as if they were never done. Given the salon’s strong reputation, this experience has added some skepticism to my confidence in their overall performance.
