Kevin and I first connected months before we were ready to begin our new deck project, and he was incredibly patient and understanding during that time. When we finally decided to move forward, we reached out—and they were able to start the next week.

We needed our old deck torn down and completely replaced, and while Kevin and Steve’s team was onsite, we decided to expand the project to include pouring concrete underneath and adding a door beneath the deck. They handled everything seamlessly and proved to be the perfect team for the entire job.

Their pricing was very fair, and they took the time to answer every question we had. Kevin was always available by phone, and Steve was consistently at our home, actively managing and guiding the crew. The team itself was respectful, professional, and worked efficiently without ever cutting corners.

“A. Brinkley Improvement started with a blank slate in our basement and transformed it into a beautiful and elegant family/entertainment space. He arrived early in the morning and stayed late many days to complete the work by our desired completion date for a birthday party. The basement has a den/movie area, bar area, bedroom, bathroom, cigar room, and plenty of storage. My husband and I did the floors.

Mr. Brinkley also completely redid a dilapidated deck on the back of our home, adding a sitting and television area. There were holes in the deck, and it was quite worn. The outside deck area has a grill area with electrical outlets for music and lighting. He was also able to make the siding around the outside deck area and roof match that of the house. Mr. Brinkley and my husband had a vision that turned the deck into quite a retreat. Pictures provided.
