I have had the worst experience with AICA Lithia springs. I was told today my appt was cancelled but I got a notification stating I had an appt at 4pm not once but twice for 2 different dates this week. The front office has one very nice rep that tried to fix my appt concerns but was unsuccessful after a nice nasty rep messed it up. Smiling at me with a condescending tone isn’t displaying top tier customer service when people are working to recover from accidents you should be more empathetic. To many people's hands in the pot if you will, in reference to scheduling that dont know what's up from down and the doctors dont set the required PT amounts and document them to minimize confusion and support efficiency ( I liked the PT rep too she was great, unfortunately she works for you). Just outsource PT if you can't handle the demand. The amount of times I've had to leave work early to drive to your location for no reason or be told I'm a new patient when I'm not is unexceptable. I will NEVER refer anyone to your location for any services. Do better, develop your front-end staffs efficiency tactics, communication, and customer service skills.
