The person driving van #129 (or possibly 122, according to my wife), on 6-5-20, at about 4:10 p.m, on I-16 West, should be more respectful of traffic on the interstate. The person driving decided that they wanted to pass my truck, on the right side, while not using their own blinker, despite me having my right blinker on and attempting to merge over to get out of his/her way.Please be more careful in the future. Nothing is worth having your life or anyone else's taken from them, especially not speeding down the interstate passing vehicles without using a blinker, just to get hung up by more traffic shortly after.
