Alex was incredible. I needed someone to come out next day for a home inspection. He was busy but he was able to get me in for the next day in the afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable about regulations, codes, and repair suggestions.He was extremely thorough, he inspected to the furthest points in the attic and crawlspace. Ive had other inspectors before but I now have my go-to inspector.

This was a Quality Inspection!Alex was very easy to deal with and prompt to respond. His work was very in-depth and thorough!! I was very impressed with the detailed inspection report I received. It was easy to follow with an explanation of each part of the inspection. He informed me as he was wrapping up via text and then again when he sent the completed report to me. Upon receiving the report he called me and went through it making sure I had no questions and that I understood everything listed on the report. Will be using him again and would refer him to my own family! Great guy who takes pride in his work! Thanks again Alex!

First thing I noticed about Alex was how thorough he was with the inspection. He used a plethora of gadgets to determine air quality, indoor heating, wet spots, and more.He even checked the outside to scrutinize any termite damages and erosion done to the property. He dedicated over 3-4 hours to compile a comprehensive report.Although he was hired to inspect the house, I genuinely felt he was looking out for my family’s best interest.
