I’m usually very satisfied, however Belcky or Belcheis chopped so much of my hair after I told her I wanted a light trim (& to keep my length). Not only did she chop it off, the right side of my hair is noticeably shorter than the left. PLUS, the back is choppy. She’s done it before and was good but I don’t know why she did so terribly this time. She didn’t even refund me or offer discount. No wonder they were empty on a Saturday afternoon. Used to go there for years, but ever since Paula & Nova left it’s not the same. Never doing business with you guys again. Very disappointed.
