I was scheduled for a technician to come to my home within 24 hours of being contacted. The technician arrived within a reasonable time past the appointment time which was quite understandable. He was very thorough in investigating and discovering why my ac was not producing cool air. The technician advised me of what was causing the problem and what was required to resolve the issue. He was able to make the necessary repair in less than an hour which involved repairing a mechanical part and not merely replacing freon to correct my ac issue.

Reggie was Awesome. Evolution reached out immediately and got me on their schedule. Reggie arrived on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem! They worked with my House warranty coverage.
