The technicians really understood what was going on. They explained everything in terms I could understand. I did not feel that they were ever trying to do an upscale like many of the companies I had spoken with. Therefore I would certainly trust them for advice/recommendations. Mr. Reginald was professional, punctual, and informative. My AC stopped blowing out cool air during a very hot weekend. I submitted my issue on Saturday and had a confirmation appt from him by Sunday afternoon. He came out Monday morning and quickly diagnosed my problem. The part needed to fix the issue was ordered same day and my problem was resolved today, Wednesday. I am very satisfied with his work and have provided his contact info to my neighbors in case they experience any HVAC issues in the future. Thank you again Mr. Reginald!

The service rendered was exceptional. The Evolution technician was knowledgeable and communicated the process very well. I’m awaiting the follow-up to complete the repair (parts ordered).
