Jacob the technician was friendly, and extremely professional, took the time to thoroughly inspect the vent system, and made sure everything was cleaned properly. An immediate improvement was noticed in how quickly the dryer is drying clothes, and feeling much safer knowing the vent is no longer clogged. I called air duct rescue because they came highly recommended on an Internet and Reddit search. My home was well overdue for a duct cleaning having two toddlers and two animals, as well as having done some renovation type work a couple years ago.
They happen to have a cancellation the same day I called so I had immediate service with a quick easy and reasonable quote. A young gentleman named Andy was assigned to the job. He was very professional, very prompt and informative.

Carlos did an outstanding job cleaning every vent, and we loved that he showed us before-and-after photos so we could see the difference. He even spotted a problem with our range hood that we hadn't noticed — we'll be looking into replacing it soon. Highly recommend!
The person who serviced our home was name Andy. He had great customer service with a smile. Andy was very knowledgeable of the job that he was doing, he answered every question as well as gave us tips on how to in better our air flow through out the house. Andy talked us through the process as well showing us the before and after pictures of each room cleaning. He did mind me standing and watching as he conducted his job.
