The facility was clean , and the receptionist was very nice and professional as soon as I walked in , the woman that checked my vitals is the reason for the minus a star , she was a little rude, the PA that I seen was very nice and professional.
The staff and doctor are very professional, kind, caring and friendly. The doctor was helpful when there was a mixup on the prescription on the cough syrup. They were contacted by the pharmacy and it was fixed right away.
Today my son and I had the pleasure of experiencing care from Clarissa Smith, NP! Not only did she provide her expertise but she brought life and energy in room. She’s passionate about her work and health of her patients. Mr. Marcus has done a great job in setting a culture of care, passion, and liveliness within this office; and it shows through each point of contact from start to finish.
