I had a great experience with Dyes Heating and Cooling. The repair was fast, professional, and completely hassle-free. What really stood out to me was the warranty—they stand behind their work, and it shows. Everything was handled efficiently, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or deal with unnecessary delays. Highly recommend if you want quality service done right the first time.

Uncommonly Great Experience!! Our service tech Ethan Fergususon arrived slightly early to our 10 AM 5/29/26 appointment window, introduced himself in a friendly but professional manner, inquired as to the nature of our problem, listened carefully & intently as I responded, adjusted the thermostat to suit his work need, & immediately went to work. Within five minutes he had diagnosed the issue (which was the result of a prior service error by a DIFFERENT COMPANY), initiated corrective action, and come back to the door to advise me of status. Check system for bad compressor. Reviewed options for replacing part (under warranty for 1 more year) or looking at replacement of unit. Wesley, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. Great service technician.
