The man cut me didn’t even say sorry nor acknowledge that he snipped me wasn’t welcome didn’t get what i asked for they was talking in their other language the whole time im not going to lie my toenails aren’t bad they just not the shape nor color i asked for would not go back again

I do not like this nail shop 🫤went twice and the lady and the man always making a excuse on not doing my nails 💅 I’m not from this area nor Albany but rather go to American nails 💅 in Albany more pleasant nasty & rude there I’m thinking it’s closed down now

Please do NOT I repeat do NOT get your nails done here.. they were very unprofessional the lady messed up my nails and when I ask to redo they close the door and said come back. I called back the next day before I came and the man gave me a hard time over the phone until I mentioned refund… I came back and they still messed up my nails these nails are less then a week old and they look a mess!! (Mind you these nails are suppose to be white )If I could give zero stars I would don’t go there!!!!!!!!!
