Charles and his partner were awesome. They were respectful from the moment they walked in, even putting boot covers over their shoes so they wouldn’t track dirt through the house. They got right to work, didn’t waste time, and weren’t trying to make small talk just for the sake of it, which I appreciated.
Charles quickly diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what had failed, and even told me the part number and where I could buy it if I wanted to repair it myself. Since it would’ve taken me a couple of days to get the part, I went ahead and had them do the repair.
