I experienced my first miscarriage about a year ago, and Sydney was a huge help in understanding how common it was while being sympathetic & professional. I very much appreciate the staff taking time to help me in that moment of stress and terror.

The practitioners are good but they office receptionist especially lilly is horrible. I had to call in to confirm an appt that when i checked out was confirmed i was good. I called the clinic around 8:40-8:50 lilly states only 9:15 was available i expressed i live 40 minutes away wont make it in time she kept trying to force me to come in at that time even denied to reschedule and i asked several times to just have me in for next week since it was a misunderstanding from they end because i never was scheduled in for my weekly check. She put me in hold than hung up so than i had to call the clinic AGAIN TO TRY TO GET MY NEXT APPT. She had an attitude and kept interrupting me and said she will put notes i the system saying i declined the appt That she tried to book for 9:15 after i expressed i live 40 minutes away therefore i told her to make sure to put in her notes that i had to call in twice to confirm an appt that was never scheduled. But thank you to robin who was very helpful and helped me in the end after dealing with her rude co worker.

Be careful when you prepay your prenatal & delivery care. My insurance covered almost all of it so now it’s been 5 month since I had my baby and I’m still waiting on my $3,500 refund check. Dealing with the billing department has been a nightmare. Every time I’ve called they gave me an excuse as to why I haven’t received my refund check and they are very rude to talk to. This is not what I wanted to deal with after having a baby!!

I have been going to the women’s group since I turned 18 and needed services. The practitioners are great I love both Sydney and Alexandra. However , trying to get someone on the phone is a nightmare and when I finally get someone on the phone they are usually exceptionally rude. I have had 2 unpleasant phone experiences and have decided to seek my services elsewhere. Sad to leave because I love both practitioners but I refuse to be talked at.

The medical care from the providers is pretty good. BUT and it’s a big but is the office staff is lacking. I asked for my files to be sent to two additional providers, one of which they work with regularly. When the first provider did not receive my records but this office assured me that they were sent, my husband had to personally pick them up and hand deliver to the other office. They were using the incorrect fax number and did not let us know that it failed. Only said they sent the fax. They gave my husband a log of when they attempted to send the fax. One was the day prior at 1130 am which is two hours after they called at 930 to say they sent the files. The other was while he was sitting in the waiting room. For the provider they work with regularly, they just didn’t send the records. When initial testing says you may have cancer, the last thing you want to deal with is stress because people are not doing things they said they did.Now when facing the need to send my records to a third different type of provider, I have little faith this will be an easy process.

They don't tell patients that they don't take Medicare so their patients are sumarily dumped and are put in the untenable position of not being able to get another doctor before the patient has to get on Medicare. Further, they don't care if their patients are harmed by lack of medical care due to this position. If you ever intend on living past 65, don't use this office. If I could give them a lower score I would. I just found out today that they had a security breach in April of last year. So, not only do they treat their patients like dirt. They also hide their mistakes so the patients bear the full burden of their incompetance. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR YOUR PERSONAL PRIVACY.

DO NOT PREPAY!They've kept my $2,700 deposit for 4 months since my child was born!We have had two kids with the women's group. While the doctors are great, the billing department will convince you to prepay for delivery. Your insurance will likely end up covering most of it, and you'll be stuck with other hospital bills while Women's Group holds your money. This happened with both of my kids!

I went here for years and had a great experince. The last 2 years making an appointment has become a challenge. They only answer the phone between 9am to 11am. They never call back if you leave a message. I have to call while Im at work and sit on hold.

If you have other options, go there. Everytime I come here it's over 2 hours, the one doctor I've seen in the 25 weeks I've been a patient here was rude and had commented on my age which was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I'm disappointed with their "new" system. Everytime I have lab results it never shows up and I can't even look st what they are until I call and complain to see them. The busses are nice but that's all you'll ever meet so if you're ok with delivering with someone completely unknown- come here!
