Sweet Heart Brazilian Wax & Sugaring

I chose Jasmine because of all the positive reviews, so I went in with high expectations. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience.
Everything seemed fine during the appointment, but once I got home and was able to actually inspect the results, I realized how much hair had been missed. I still had noticeable hair left on my underarms, Brazilian area, and legs. There was also wax residue left behind in multiple areas, and so much oil was applied afterward that it made it difficult to tell what had and hadn’t been waxed until I got home. For paying $75, I expected a much more thorough service and better attention to detail.
I also noticed Jasmine appeared to use the same waxing sticks that she had been using on my legs when touching up my Brazilian and butt area. I didn’t realize it until I was paying closer attention during the appointment, but it left me concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of the service.
I do like the location, and it’s very convenient since it’s close to me, so I plan to continue coming here. However, based on this experience, I will be booking with a different wax specialist for future appointments.

I USED to LOVE this location & was a customer for the last at least 5 years until recently. I attempted to take advantage of their $10 off promotion and booked my appointment in advance. I received a phone call from them about 40 minutes before my appointment asking if I could push my appointment back due to my scheduled aesthetician having A medical emergency and leaving. I had no problem doing so. 15 minutes before my new appointment time I come into the building and I’m waiting. There were two other women already waiting ahead of me. They got called back fast. I waited for an additional 15 minutes while two other women came in after me and got seen before me. At that time, I had other things to do so I left and even then was told that because they were shortstaffed, someone would get to me. After I left, I got a phone call stating that a manager would call me to apologize and rectify the situation. I never got that phone call. I am extremely disappointed and will never return nor refer anybody else that I know.

Went here for the first time with my 14 year-old daughter. Both of our technicians were amazing. They offered advice and changed up some of my daughter’s treatment to make her feel more comfortable. It was a pleasant experience. The ladies were very nice. I feel smooth. she feels smooth. We’re ready for the summer.

Lovette is amazing!!! She’s fast and gentle. Great conversationalist as well!! I will definitely be back.

I’ve been getting a wax done here for almost a year now and the customer service and all services have always been top notch. Elise is definitely my girl!

I visited this location recently as a walk-in. I had Paris as my waxer. She was rude from the minute she greeted me to the minute we finished. I wanted to end the service so many times throughout because of her tone and attitude towards me. I highly recommend asking for someone different if you end up with her.

I’ve been going here for a while and as much as I hate to get waxed, there no other place I’d rather go. I e seen a few different girls but they all have been wonderful! Very clean space, takes same day appointments or walk ins and they do an excellent job!
