Jordan was outstanding through the whole process of getting a new roof! I had several leaks in the roof and had a hard time getting State Farm to cover the full replacement. They kept giving partial repairs. Jordan kept coming out, marking the roof the day before, and getting up there to take pictures and show that I was in need for a full replacement. After 7 months of going back and forth with State Farm, Jordan was able to get it fully covered!
