I really agree with how the do polish change. I went in May 2nd for JUST a gel polish which was 25.00. So after about 2 weeks. I go back to get the gel polish off. Told lady my nails still look like it has gel polish still left on them. So I go back 2nd time which was today, June 5th to tell them I still have gel polish on my nails. Finally OFF. I should have gone to the other Nail Shop in Snellville. So while was there.i decided to get a polish change on my feet so I really thought for Polish Change they at least clip toe nails. Had to ask. They started telling me . That isn't included. WHAT. I thought trimming and taking off the old nail polish was part of the polish change. LADY LEFT ALOT OF THE OLD PINK POLISH ON MY FEET BEFORE PUTTING ON NEW COLOR. U CAN CLEARLY STILL SEE OLD POLISH. LADY JUST PAINTED OVER IT Now they r telling me for a POLISH CHANGE, we just take off polish and put on new color. And at least try to get the old polish off your toe nails. Before they re polish with another color. I could have saved 13.00 and did my own nails. They DO push pédicures. I think this is WHY they dont do your polosh change right or SKIP steps. I am being sincere cause my feet look bad after the polish change. U can clearly see the pink old polish left mixed in with the new blue teal color. I tried to tell then and they get defensive

came in for simple gel removal and toe clean-up (no polish). the technician was unclear and misleading about pricing, rushed me, and made it seem like getting a pedicure was the only option. service was average.
Update: Tried calling — the manager seemed confused about why I was calling. Told her it was related to a Google review I left. When I asked to speak with the owner, she said I was wrong and confused for calling and ended the call.

My experience with getting my nails, foot messages and eyebrows done is. “You must speak up”. I let them know not to thin my eyebrows . You must let them know you are diabetic so they don’t cut into your toes.If you are diabetic I deeply recommend you don’t let them cut your ingrown toe nail get it don by a medical professional .

This experience was a really bad one and I’m sad to say but I let it slide because I did not want to have Gwinnett County come up there. My Daughter asked for a nude powder with white tips (French manicure) and the owner acted like she did not know what she was doing. Well clearly she didn’t. She has polish all over my daughter’s hands. The polish is not nice and neat. She had to put her nails under the blue light about 5 times because the polish was not drying so I asked was it gel and she stated it was. I began to ask her why are her nails so thick and why does the polish look neat. I have never in my life seen a French manicure that looks like this. We will NEVER RETURN.

Ripped my nails off! Make sure you watch them closely .. the lady that did my nails seemed like she couldn’t even see that good. She wasn’t careful at all. Hoping my nail will heal but there is a hole in it now.

Experience was fine but the materials they use are the cheapest. I got a mani and a pedi less than two weeks ago and I need a pedi again because the nail polish is peeling off, it last longer if I do it myself with my better quality nail polish.

Me and my boyfriend both got pedicures. His went great; his mail tech was thorough and professional. My nail tech on the other hand cut me with the cuticle nipples even though so told her she was hurting me before she made the clip into my skin. She then put hot stones on my skin directly from the heater, burning me. I was told I would be refunded for my service but received no refund or even proof of refund.

Not worth the price. Cheap products, bad customer service, nails don’t look good
