This is not the first time this has happened to me. When we first established a relationship with this medical center, they were more efficient. Now, visits are hurried, I was told that I needed a MRI for my heart ASAP. They were in a hurry to get the test done. Which happened on Tuesday, April 9th, I have called 2 times to find out the results, no call back. Today is April 23rd and office staff called me early this morning and said the doctor will call you, Now at 1:10 pm today. I have not received a call. Communication sucks. Now I need to get my records and find a new doctor, all they ever give me is a PA.

Went in to get my annual physical exam in December 2022. They sent diagnostic billing code to my insurance and not preventive billing code. They also used Quest for bloodwork, and also sent quest the wrong billing code to submit. Now I get a co-pay from Reagan Medical and Quest. When I am not supposed to have any copay for preventive physical exam. It is now March 2024. Quest is still sending me a bill for the copay. They refused to help me resolve this issue and keep telling me to contact quest. And when I contact quest, they told me to contact the provider to re-submitted the right billing code to them.

Not happy, has to be the SLOWEST most unresponsive urgent care facility on the planet. I had an appt with a Dr at Suwanee location for a cough/cold symptoms. She treated me with a cough syrup and steroid. The next day I tested positive for C19 so I respectfully called to inform them and to request a prescription for Paxlovid. I waited for over 2 hours for a response.... so I called again to check up. I was put on hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on. So.....I called again, put on hold again....do you see where I'm going with this? After 4 more calls I finally got through and they said I needed to come in for a Covid test. So, I understand the re-test, but you wasted over 3 hours of my day to ask me to come back in.....which should have been the first response, no? So, I got a telemed appt with another group and got a prescription in about 15 minutes. Lesson learned, go telemed when you need something quick.
