I had some problems with delivery but my sales person Randy took care about everything....he is great guy who is there always when I need to help and his response is always immediate......great communication and realy nice guy....thanks Josef

I love the people at Randall Brothers. They’re cheerful, patient and incredibly helpful. We came in with our small project (patio ceiling) and looked at a few options before landing on their 6” tongue-and-groove panels (recommended). The salesman took us down to look at the stock, and had it delivered to us (for free, which was a very nice surprise). Quality was great. My whole experience with RB was excellent.

Randy Nails- remember his name. If I could give the guy 10 stars I would. I sent in a quote for a 20x20 deck with Trex Decking on a Sunday night about 8:30. I woke up with an email from him and a quote with almost everything I needed (minus the add ons that we later added) by 8:00am Monday morning. He has probably the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. He is extremely responsive via email/phone calls and will walk you through each step. When we got to the showroom to discuss colors, he was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable. Every question was answered up until today when everything was delivered.
