We decided to come here for our first haircut at a salon (after my three year old had a bad experience and wouldn’t let us get near him to cut his hair). From the moment we walked in my son felt calm and loved the cool chairs! They were all so kind to us and so good with him. They kept him occupied while they cut his hair and he was not scared or nervous at all! So impressed, we will definitely be using them from now on!

brought my baby for a hair cut. I regret it. Not what I was looking for, I gave the lady a picture of what i wanted and it's nothing alike. They left my baby with uneven hair, too short from the front, they left a straight bang on my baby boy. I ask the lady to fix the fade on my baby's hair because you could see very clear where she try to fade it but she couldnt. I had to go to another place and pay more money to fix my babys hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

Normally they do a good job but this time I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my son’s hair to be cut and she cut it waaaay too short. I did not like the fact that she did not listen to the hairstyle I requested for him. His haircut was for a very special occasion and they totally messed it up. I’ve never been so disappointed.

I have always brought my daughter here but never again. I showed the lady the picture I wanted and it looked nothing like the picture. She cut my daughters hair so short there was no way to fix. My daughter wanted side bangs and she did a full fringe that looked absolutely horrid. Then charged me $22 ... will never return here. Even the other workers and custo.ers there agreed with me and offered help whereas she just kept saying it looks cute.

asked for a trim. i showed her what i had before but that i didnt want it that short. she said “oh but it has to be that short.” i said i didnt want it short. somehow she managed to cut off several inches of hair on one side, it was jagged and thinned out. i was watching her like a hawk so i think she did it in one motion :( then she pretended like she didn’t know what i was talking about when i repeatedly said it wasn’t even. one side was at my shoulders while the other was at my chin. thankfully another hairstylist tried to fix the mess she made but now its really short and i just feel so upset. i miss my hair so much. it wasnt even that long but its a really short bob now. i feel so embarrassed and ugly when i look at myself in the mirror and i want to cry. i haven’t had a bad haircut like this in years and definitely not from l&l. i know hair grows back but im just upset that someone made a huge mistake and now my hair is ruined. she ignored my very simple instructions and now my self esteem is even lower than it was before. :(

I have taken my son on the spectrum to L&L monthly for over a decade and recommended to other families, both on the spectrum and typical. All of the stylists at L&L have been super patient with his stimming and touch sensitivity for all of these years.
