Donna coordinated our inspections quickly and seamlessly. She answered all of our questions (and we ask a lot!) The team that Dave and Donna sent out was wonderful. They provided incredible details, recommendations and were a pleasure to work with. The value provided was incredible. We hired them for home, septic, radon and well testing and they did it all in a few hours with 2 team members. We highly recommend them!
I asked David Roth to inspect our home before we put it on the market. We. Didn’t want to be surprised by any findings that a buyer’s inspector might find. That helped us decide how to prioritize any remediation we might need to do before sale. We were prepared—a prospective buyer is comfortable buying the house in ‘as is’ condition. They had their own inspection done, and neither party has had to deal with surprises. Well worth the money.
