I am very happy with my service from Ed at Gwinnett Pest Control. I have been having a lot of problems with spiders and their webs around my house. He actually answered the phone, was friendly, and quick to set up an appointment for me. He was the first pest control service I called from the several that popped up online. His rates are reasonable and I really like that he doesn’t require a one-year contract like so many others do.On the day of service, he was kind enough to call and give me 45 minutes to an hour heads up that he was on his way. He was prompt and very thorough. Another thing I appreciated was how he explained everything he was going to do and what to expect for the first couple of days afterwards. There was literally no smell to what he sprayed inside or outside my house. The service he provided seems to have taken care of the problem for me. I would highly recommend Gwinnett Pest Control to anyone needing to rid their homes of any kind of critters.Services: Spider extermination

This company serviced my home in March and was very professional, prompt, and friendly. However, the quality of work was not what I expected. Initially, I requested to pay for the add-on because this is a new property but the gentleman I spoke with said to hold off for now. Fast forward to end of May, I’m seeing unfriendly critters and the follow up call that was mentioned never happened and I’m having to use a different pest control company.Services: General pest inspection

He answered all my questions and I even learned something about spiders.The fogger he used on the outside worked amazingly on the many Joro spiders we had.Definitely will use them again.Services: Spider extermination

Called around to a few places for quotes on bee removal (two small hives) and general extermination for my home. Gwinnett Pest Control was the only company to explain the different types of services they provide and give me a quote over the phone! Ed came to treat the property - he was friendly, prepared, professional, and on-time. He explained what he was going to do, and did just that.
