Numerous not so great experiences to the point I’m going to be finding another provider.

They open late. They confirmed they do Podiatry and gave me an appointment. Then the actual doctor tells me they are not that kind of doctor. Then this doctor proceeds to prescribe medicine without knowing what is wrong with my nail… the prescribed something for fungus and the culture (that I also had to insist to get done) was negative for fungus. I was safer reading online. Will go to another doctor. They didn’t forward the health insurance to the labs and got huge bills that are covered my by insurance. Furious, will never return and will let all my neighbor know.

I was the only person early morning. Still took 35 minutes to call me back to be seen for a physical. Then, the nurse seemed to rush through everything before I saw the MD. Annoying that I have to go to another clinic almost 30 minutes away in Norcross for X-rays and then go to a totally different facility in the opposite direction in Lawrenceville for lab work. First appointment will probably be my last.

Absolute worst experience, if I could make it zero stars I most definitely would. The customer service at this location is completely trash. There answer to almost every & anything is we can’t do that or that’s someone else’s job. My pharmacy has sent over several requests in the last two weeks and nothing has been answered when I called to ask abt it, it’s someone else’s job to be done , I’m glad it’s not a life or death situation. Asked for a copy of my office visit, told at my visit I could get it next day when I spoke to someone several days later it’s still not in the chart. Then they keep calling abt insurance when I literally emailed them a copy of my card. Worst visit clinic ever.

Seems no matter what time our appointment is we never get out of this place b4 11 to 12 pm. Had an appt. at 915 am still waiting to see the doctor at 10 30. Truly needs work here. Disappointed in this office.

Do not trust this company. They don't know what they are doing. I have a 0-0-0 Advantage plan but, Humana accidentally declined to pay the deductible so, GA Clinic sent me a bill. I am in the Medcaid QMB program. It is against the law for them to send me a bill of any kind- for any reason. They don't seem to know this & they don't care. Save yourself a future headache & avoid this company.

Everybody on their phone. Calls are conducted on cell phones rather than the office phone. Instead of running my name and looking up my insurance information, you would rather charge me as a self pay patient at 100.00. Why ? Because you don’t know how to look up my information since you called for help to the back office attendant on your iPhone. Smf smh The lady called the front attendant on you iPhone and gave her my insurance number . Great I avoided a 100 walk in fee
