I have purchased from this company in the past with great results, however this experience has been very disappointing. They advertised a product that I placed an order for. I was immediately charged for the product. After several days I see the the order is still being processed, so I contact them. The first response I get is an apology that the order is delayed. A day later, I get another response saying the product is unavailable and a refund will be processed. I think it is bad business practice to advertise a product online you don't have. Also, I think it is a bad practice to charge the customer prior to shipping the product.

Items always come relatively quickly... It's not Amazon but it's still pretty quick! They always have what I need and fantastic directions for how to use it PROPERLY. I use these chemicals professionally and don't even think about going elsewhere anymore because they have so many products.
