Daniel is one of the best employees. He was patient and kind. When he left my home, I felt safe understanding and knowing the service was handled with care and honesty, Thanks B&R.
My original complaint was the same as most of the negative reviews on here about warranty. Long story short, my new townhouse (less than one year) had an issue with the HVAC (leaking pipe and malfunctioning sensor) and B&R said my warranty was voided because we reconnected the loose piping to stop the leak.
When initially dealing with Chrissy on this issue, I didn't get anywhere trying to state my case. She was argumentative and didn't even follow up after a final decision was made. Fortunately, I ended up working with Tammy who listened to my situation, was empathetic, and took the appropriate steps to take care of me. Christie was elite with her customer service and patience . She walked me through T/s steps and gave me some option before occurring any expenses which fixed the situation would highly recommend
