My tech Lucas is incredible. His dedication to customer service is remarkable. Today during my quarterly treatment Lucas brought my trash can down from the street. Obviously Lucas didn’t have to do this in fact this is at least the 2nd time I’ve noticed him doing this. This isn’t the only way I’ve noticed him going above and beyond but I fully trust that he will always choose to do the right thing. It’s honestly inspiring. Keep it up Lucas.

I have been a customer for almost 10 years now, and I am very satisfied with the service: good quality and value. I definitely recommend Cook's for termite prevention. The technician performs regular inspections and makes sure that all installed stations are in good working condition. Overall great service!!

We have Cooks for all our pest control needs. The quarterly service is always done when due and they make sure my home is ready for whatever insects are due for that season. Once a year they come inspect the termite protection system. Each bait station is inspected and refilled so the termites won’t turn our house into their next meal! I am very satisfied with the service we receive from Cooks!
