Computer Repair - S & H Computer Solutions

Highly disappointed! I literally feel robbed. My laptop kept getting blue error screen which was my reason for taking to HL Computer Inc. I left it there to be determine the cause and fix whatever the problem was. I returned the same day and was informed although it runs slow, nothing was found. Malware was installed and any potential threats were removed. All for $149.00!! I didn't used my laptop right away but 2 days later, the same blue screen reappeared?? I phoned the store and was told to bring it back in. There are 2 service men there (Peter and Patrick). Peter is who I delt with initially. I have been taking my computers to HL Computers for years. I specifically ask for Patrick Dao who is a dynamic wizard that I trust. Most recently, on two occasions, our twin girls had laptops from 2018 covered by cracked screen insurance. I went to an Assurion store because they were a national brand with possible followup warranty in Baton Rouge, LA where the girls were in school. Assurion immediately told me they could not repair each laptop and would refund me for a replacement. I respectfully declined and ask Patrick at HL Computer for help, instead. I have been doing business with HL Computers for many years and I highly recommend them. I recently brought in my computer because it was slow and frustrating to wait on programs to load. Patrick suggested I upgrade the memory and hard drive. Now the apps load much quicker and I am not as aggravated while using it. I think you too will be satisfied with their service.
