I have been working with C2H for 4 years, and we are on a preventative maintenance schedule quarterly for our water bump HVAC system with a cooling tower and boiler room. We have about 25 units, and have had other companies fail to steal our business by either the complexity of the system as well as quoting no where near our rates with C2H.
I want to give a major shoutout to our favorite technicians Jacob and Joseph. While not all of the technicians sent to us (more-so recently) are able to resolve the issues, we can ALWAYS count on Jacob and Joseph to be able to correctly troubleshoot as well as repair the issue. I had two new Trane units installed by C2H. They offered a very competitive price communicated well and the install went great. Units a super quiet and i have much better airflow than i did before.
