I usually love this place but my last wax by Taylor was horrendous. Kept getting stuck, missed a lot of hairs, didn’t press down on the paper hard enough or pull off in the clean swipes. If you go you should make an appointment with someone like holly or someone who’s worked there a while cause this is almost making me want to find a new place.
Magda did my wax today, and she still kindly took me as a walk-in, even though they were soon to closing. I really enjoyed her professionalism and her willingness to take me last minute, she’s the best!
I cannot express enough how amazing my experience here was!! I decided to book with holly for my first ever wax after reading her reviews, and they did not lie!! She was incredibly kind. I was very nervous about getting waxed, but the moment I walked into hollys room my nerves went away! It was clear that my comfort was a priority. She was knowledgeable, talked me through the process and made sure I was aware of what and why she was doing things. we chatted the whole time, which really helped to distract me and make the process as quick and easy as possible! Super clean and welcoming environment, I can’t wait for my next visit!
