I went to Bintou’s for a braid down for a wig. I opted out of adding hair and to just use my own. The service lasted 45 minutes and I was charged $50. Last time I checked, braid downs didn’t cost more than $30. Very overpriced for a basic service.

I was spoken to as soon as I walked in, my stylist made sure I was happy with my part, that she wasn't braiding too tight and ensured I was happy with the first braid before continuing. Only drawback is they're a little higher priced than others in the area and they don't take credit/debit cards. It's cash, Cash app, etc.
