Azalea Home Care was recommended when my father transitioned from a rehabilitation facility to home and needed a great deal of care. The entire staff have been wonderful. The owner took the time to meet me for a consultation and is available for calls/text/email. The nurse liaison met with my father to assess his needs and goals, helped me arrange DME and items he would need at home for care, and has routinely checked in with me to see if we need anything and follows through with assistance and resources.
