Such a fantastic guy!!! A super thorough inspection and he was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Was happy to let me follow him around throughout the inspection to explain everything in detail. He has an engineering background so he was also able to give us a lot of advice on the wiring of the house as well. Inspected the roof and crawlspace thoroughly as well and gave us advice on how to improve drainage and ventilation. I was nervous about finding a good inspector and I am so happy that I found him online because he was exactly what I was looking for in an inspector!

I am so pleased with the inspection Stan performed. Not only was he able to work with my husband and I last minute but he also allowed us to tag along on the journey and explained everything he was looking for. He was very patient with us and made sure to check every nook and cranny of the home. We will definitely be referring him to other friends/family and you all should too! Thanks again Stan!!
