Called to inquire about mold testing and ended up answering a ton of questions I had about mold and gave me a lot of helpful advice. I didn't use them for their appraisal services, but the level of knowledge was excellent and taking the time to answer questions from a cold call was a life-saver. I will be using their services in the future whenever the need comes up.

I hired Stan to conduct a property inspection on a triplex I was purchasing. There was a lot of rescheduling due to conflicts with the seller's schedule, but Stan was patient and flexible through the process. On the day of inspection, Stan was thorough in his work and walked us through items that also would not be included in the official report. He has a background in electrical engineering and grew up with a construction background as well. Needless to say, you won't regret hiring him.
