Have used Derrick Bell and his team at my home and my mother's home. Won't use anyone else, they are very honest and take the time to explain everything to my elderly parents. They fix the issue right the first time and quickly too. Derrick has helped us with finding solutions for maintenance that our home warranty was not covering. Good people!
I needed an emergency repair. The team at Arrowhead Plumbing responded within hours, worked on the problem into the evening until the repair was completed and issue stabilized. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! You can trust AP will all your plumbing needs.
Excellent service and such a kind person. Not too often do we encounter people that just want to help others. I spoke to the owner and he fixed my water heater over the phone on FaceTime. I was a tad bit scared, he fussed a little, lol.. but encouraged me to trust him and the process. Also, he gave me safety advice about moving the black tool cabinet away from the water heater or at least 2ft. I am going to have it moved to the shed. However, I now have hot water and no loud noise from the water heater. He’s doesn’t know it but he’s my go to person for plumbing now. Thank you for all you do Mr Bell. I appreciate you :-)
