Samir was terrific. He had diagnosed the problem with the furnace within 5 minutes. He fixed the wiring problem, and, setup the house thermostat so that all I have to do is hit the mode button for heat or cool and the more or less buttons. The best thing was the more than reasonable price. Thank you again, Samir
I’ve been working with Alpha Heating & Air for 3+ years and only have good things to say. Samir has been doing my bi-annual servicing for my HVAC & always does a fantastic job. He shows up on time, completes the service wonderfully & makes sure everything is operating properly. He’s very attentive to detail & lets me know if there’s anything that could become a problem. ALPHA HEATING AND AIR overall Performance is above THE STARS. Samir is the best technician, trainer, who provides on time consistent service. Samir is professional, knowledgeable to answering any kind of questions or concerns you have about your AC UNIT. He keeps a great attitude. I will most definitely continue to schedule him for my next maintenance. He's the best HVAC REP, in Lawrenceville, I even recommended him to four of my neighborhood associates. Let's give him 6 STARS.
