I have tried to contact this builder via email, phone and chat. I received one response asking when I could set up an appointment and I responded but never did get a reply and I am less than 15 miles from the plant.

We drove all the way from Florida to visit the factory. Filled out contact information. Multiple calls and two weeks later, someone from the sales team finally contacted us. We were interested in the Sunshet Shack or other similar home and excited about building as we've been living in a travel trailer since the hurricane. We talked to a guy named "Skip," who is based in Georgia. He asked all these questions to forward to a "builder." Long story short, he finally asked what our budget is ~$150K and said he can't work with that. All homes are apparently $170-$220/ sqft. We can build for around $125-$150/sqft. Excellent Customer Service and very well built modulars! Would definitely buy a house from them as soon as I have the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well built house! :)
