Joyce has been the best barber, beautician and hair stylist in the area for years. I know and I drive about 150 miles just to have her cut my hair. Her shop is an expression of herself and her interests and always very welcoming. From patriotic to animal lover, rescuer and all that those include. And that's full-time.She's a strong, independent, business owner and keeps a strong clientele. She's also a good friend.
