Keep her appts!! Dont make an appointment and not show up to open her salon!! Dont bother to call a client that theres a problem and i an running late!! She dudnt answer her phone when i tried to call her to see what happened!!

Claudia knows about hair. I have thick prominent curly hair which she was able to effortlessly tame and section during my trim. Feel free to ask questions, she gave me practical advice and info that I still follow. I plan for her to be my primary stylist going forqard.

This woman is a terrible business owner, she leaves whenever she wants even though her business hours are clearly on her door, she is still not present for a lot of her business hours.
