I enjoyed working with Ms. Regenia on the purchase of my house. She was able to get the seller to drop the selling price for me. Ms. Regenia was very responsive and I’m sure I got on her nerves with all of my random first time home buyer questions. I was thankful to have chose her as my Realtor!
