Came in for an emergency shoe repair. My son's 2 game used baseball cleats busted at a seam. His highschool team just punched their ticket to the elite 8 and time is of the essence. I had a perfect encounter with this establishment, though I was not the direct customer. I went to pick up a repaired item for my mother. The staff were hospitable and the facility was orderly and clean. The owner even fashioned a zipper slider to match and replace -- and did it at no extra charge!
