It is so rare these days to find a company and technician that is just a pleasure to do business with. Today is the second time in the last two years I have used Cook's for an appliance repair. By the way these two service calls are unrelated to each other. I can't express enough how positive of an experience I have had on both occasions. I highly recommend this company and their services!

If I have an appliance issue I always call Robby. He never fails to respond to my calls. He is always friendly and helpful. I have used Cooks appliance for years for repairs and replacement of appliances. I would recommend Robby and his Team every day of the week and twice on Sunday
