Went back for a fill in was told I need a new set and was going to get charged extra for the length and nail polish I had always gotten before. I don't recommend this place at all.

I had my first experience with this place this week. Avoid this place if you can. first off, I'm removing my old nails she ripped them off versus doing it the correct way making my real nails rip. I felt like the lady rushed through my nails leaving polish all over my fingers, she missed my nail several times when filing and went to my finger, customer service was also very poor. The lady had her AirPod in the whole time and pushed and pulled my hands aggressive during the whole process.Overall for the price you can find a cheaper place with their customer service and do a better job.Services: Synthetic nail removal

Rude as hell. I started to turn every station over before I left!!! My daughter and I got our nails done and they were very aggressive with handling our hands. After finishing up she kept asking if I had cash?!! If I did I would’ve had it out instead of my card and I wasn’t going to the atm for it!!!! Our nails are beautiful but they need to do better!!! I’ll catch a whole assault case in there! We will go elsewhere next time…
