Shain was always prompt in responding and available at almost any time of the day. She was very helpful in laying out what we needed to get done and when they needed to be done to ensure we would have our loan secured by closing. We really felt like it was a more personal experience than just professional. As first time home buyers, she was so patient with us as we navigated all of the required documents and paperwork. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking for a new home, because she went above and beyond for us, and our family is now living happily in our new home.
