I had an absolutely awful situation after a semi-truck splattered deer all over my car while I was driving. I pulled into Tidal Wave feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed, and the team there completely turned my day around. They didn’t try to upsell me on an expensive wash or take advantage of the situation. Instead, they spent a full 15 minutes power-washing the blood and mess off my hood and grill, making sure everything was cleaned the right way.

I love this place! My car always comes out shining when i’m done and the machines don’t damage my paint, plus the staff is so attentive especially Rodrigo! This place is great 10/10 recommend

Chris Rios went above and beyond when I brought my car in for a car wash. He took the magnets off the back of my car so they wouldn’t fly off. I had just been on a long car trip. He took the time to scrub all the bugs off the front that accumulated there. I highly recommend this car wash.
