Stretch Zone

I’ve had lower back issues for years. I’ve done PT, Chiro care off and on with little success. I really do feel a difference with stretch zone. I recommend Harrison. While everyone is great he seems to be the one that has figured out my hamstrings and hips and I think that’s why I am getting some relief.

I came to Stretch Zone because my sciatica was so bad that I literally couldn't walk. I called and spoke to Dillon who agreed to contact me if a cancelation created any availability. Luckily he called me back and we were able to start the same day. I wasn't sure that stretching would help but I was desperate to find some relief from the pain shooting down my left side. Dillon talked me through everything we would do beforehand and then again during the stretch. The 3-5-7 intensity stretches were never painful, but always deeply engaged my muscles. Dakota explained exactly what he was doing and walked me through each stretch. I had some lingering tightness in my calf and these guys were able to loosen it up. I highly recommend giving them a try!
